An extension of the existing hotel, restaurant and leisure facilities to provide larger swimming pool, new gymnasium and 20 further rooms.

SRE undertook an Energy Statement to address the Surrey Structure Plan Policy SE2 for offsetting 10% energy demand through on-site renewable energy or low carbon technologies.  A range of options were assessed, and through the use of a biomass boiler the Hotel was able to deliver the required standards.
