A single eight-storey building comprising of a replacement social club and over 50 mixed tenure apartments.

Implementation of the London Plan required that 20% CO₂ emissions were offset from on-site renewables and Code Level 3 was required for the social housing.  SRE completed the CSH Assessment and an Energy Statement identifying the use of photovoltaics and air source heat pumps to achieve the necessary standards.
