The development of a new research building for the University of Portsmouth at the mouth of Langstone Harbour.  

Within a limited budget the client is aiming to achieve a BREEAM Bespoke rating for this unique research laboratory. SRE undertook the BREEAM Assessment to achieve a minimum of a ‘Good’ standard.
