The development of a new 257 room hotel on the existing site of a commercial building. The development was required to meet The London Plan policies to offset 10% CO₂ emissions through on-site renewable energy or low carbon technologies.

SRE completed the Energy and Sustainability Statements in support of planning and assessed the most deliverable option was the use of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) engine and roof mounted photovoltaics to offset 10% CO₂ emissions.
