Two new semi-detached houses aiming for Code Level 4 in 2007 when no units in England and Wales had yet been built to that level. 

SRE advised on the performance specification to meet Building Regulations and the then new CSH standards.  The building, with integrated photovoltaics, was the second scheme in England completed to Code Level 4.
