A new dwelling designed by HUF HAUS overlooking Shuttleworth Reservoir aiming to achieve exemplar standards within the Code for Sustainable Homes (Level 6 – November 2010 Version).

SRE undertook the CSH Assessment and SAP modelling and advised on renewable energy input and the impact of fabric to glazing ratios.  SRE supported the development of the scheme from outline design enabling the desired standards to be achieved.
