The rebuilding of a new, relocated Gate House, clubhouse and chapel within the grounds of the Royal school.

SRE undertook an Energy Statement to show how the development could offset 10% energy demand through on-site renewable energy generation to meet the Surrey Structure Plan (now SE Plan). SRE advised on possible energy solutions for the three buildings including ground source heat pumps and solar water heating.
